Information from the four organisations chosen to pilot the "Drive for Change" approach are detailed throughout this toolkit. The ideas, information and activities contained within this publication have been trialled within a prison, local government and the NHS.
In the different sections of the toolkit the case studies are used to show the practical benefits that resulted from the suggested activities. This section aims to give you a quick overview of the pilot studies in order to aid your understanding of the type of project that was undertaken and the benefits for managers, employees and service users that resulted.
A report on the long-term impact of the pilot work will be published in Autumn 2008.
